RECOMMENDATIONS

1.- HOW TO CONTACT WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY

In compliance with the policies of the insured or their beneficiaries, a payment guarantee will be requested, either with an effective credit card, in order to guarantee the payment of personal expenses or services not included or covered by the Insurer such as: deductible, coinsurance, difference in quarter, not covered, etc.

A guarantee of payment will be requested, either pay or credit card, plus a deposit will be requested in cash or by card, the amount is determined at the time with the admissions staff according to the type of your insurance policy and the type of income of the patient (emergency, hospital, surgery or intensive care), with the aim of guaranteeing the payment of the costs of services not included or covered by the Insurer such as: deductibles, co-insurance, difference in room, not covered conditions, etc.

2.- PRE-ADMISSION (ACCELERATION OF ADMISSION)

In order to provide a more agile admission once your doctor schedules your admission, admissions staff will make a pre-admission call, collecting basic information and reporting on admission requirements. Admissions staff will be identified with full name and providing the extension in which you can be located.

3.- HOW TO CONTACT YOUR INSURER

We suggest you contact your insurance agent directly, or the intermediary who offered you (company, school, etc.), which must inform you to your satisfaction of the conditions of the hospital medical agreement, as well as the payment of the deductible and co-insurance indicated in your policy and all those services not included or covered by it; if you are not satisfied or do not resolve your doubts, you can also support the insurance department of the San José Navojoa Hospital to extension 406.
